Gerlach, the leading neutral provider of customs services in Europe, has been recognized as a top employer by the Top Employers Institute. For the first time, six countries can be pleased about the award.

The Top Employers Institute has been auditing companies worldwide for more than 30 years with regard to their employee conditions and awards the best of them. This year, for the first time, Gerlach locations in no less than six countries were honored.

In detail, the following six countries can be pleased about this great success:

  • Slovakia
  • Switzerland

About the award

Once a year, the Top Employers Institute honors national companies with more than 250 employees or international companies with more than 2,500 employees. The basis for the award is a best-practice questionnaire with over 600 practices and ten topics from the HR area. In order to receive an award, certain scores must be achieved here accordingly.
