The authorisation of the Customs may be modified or revoked where one or more conditions for its remission are not met. In addition, an application for revocation is also possible: it can be submitted in writing to the competent main customs office. A suspended authorisation can also be granted ex officio if the holder of the authorisation has not taken the necessary measures to remedy the situation within the time limit in question.
